Collection: Oolong Teas

Oolong teas are made using whole leaves that are carefully, individually processed and rolled into long, curly leaves, or ball-like form. They are partially oxidized, then dried and/or baked according to region and tradition. Oolong is grown primarily in Fujian and Guangdong, as well as Taiwan. Differences in weather, temperature, season, soil, elevation, region, and processing all result in a wide range of flavour profiles. Each of these high quality teas has been hand selected by Kuan Yin Teas for one or more unique qualities and may be steeped 4-8 times with exceptional results.

Oolong teas are generally steeped between 180-190° F (82-88° C) for 20 to 60 seconds. Refer to your individual tea for more specific brewing instructions.
