ChaMaGuDao 2002 - Yunnan Map -250g Brick - Shou Pu-erh

Chamagudao means "Ancient Tea Horse Road", the name for a trade route through the mountain paths of Southern China's Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizho provinces, which is depicted on the packaging.  It was started in the Tang Dynasty for trading tea, typically in bricks such as this.  This was one of the first trading networks which spread tea across China and Asia.
