Anji Bai Cha is an ancient and renowned Chinese green tea, produced in Anji county and its surrounding area in Zhejiang Province. Though it is a green tea, it is called "Anji White Tea" due to this cultivar's white appearance of its early spring tips which develop chlorophyll later than most teas. Yellowish green, needle-like leaves featuring a distinct fold, steep into a light, sweet, grassy cup with hints of lychee, citrus, and squash blossom. This tea is EU Compliant.
Steep gently, around 185 degrees F for about 1-2 minutes and enjoy cup after cup of this refreshing tea.
