A marvelous tea made from an Assam cultivar and grown in the central mountains of Taiwan. Fragrance of dried apricot and fig compliment a full, complex body. This Assam is incredibly sweet and makes an amazing iced tea. Steep the leaves for 5 minutes and then strain over ice for a surprisingly sweet Summer refreshment.
