Green 8911 - 100g Bing - 2006 Sheng Pu-erh

8911 is a well known raw pu-erh produced by Mangshi Ecological Tea Company.  This 100g "tuo" is made with large-leaf dry green tea, naturally oxidized and fermented.  It was awarded as one of the top 10 pu-erh teas in 2006 in China.  A delicate tea that must be brewed at 170-190F, for short periods no longer than a minute, it has the classic complex woody taste of a fine raw pu-erh tea, and provides a calm, focused energy.
