Pink Chai Mix - Double Packet

Green tea, almonds, spices, milk and sugar simmered together according to a Kashmiri recipe. Also known as Gulabi Chai (pink tea), this aromatic brew turns pink through the oxidation attained by the brewing process.

Makes 1 gallon of chai liquor -or- 2 gallons of chai.
